Prostate massage (90mins)

Service Description

The practitioner wears a rubber glove on the right index finger, applies lubricated paraffin oil, and first gently massages the perianal area. Then, the finger is slowly inserted into the rectum to locate the prostate. Using the fingertip, pressure is applied in a sequence from the outer sides upward and inward, then downward along the prostate. The process includes pressing each side toward the midline 3–4 times, followed by a downward motion along the central groove to express prostatic fluid through the urethral opening. Typically performed 1–2 times per week.
